Macraberin M is a rich combination of Alpha Lipoic Acid and Methylcobalamin.

Methylcobalamin is used in treating diseases of vitamin B12 deficiency (such as pernicious anemia), or diseases of effective B12 deficiency, such as vitamin B12 metabolic pathway.
