1st you need to check your bgl regulary to see wether your bgl that includes fasting and post lunch are within normal limits or not. U can take multivitamin for one month and keep your tsh within 2-3 range. Its 4.5 so it may cross the limit so get your thyroid function checked regulary usually should be done at 3 month interval to keep your tsh within normal range.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
Most important part of hypothyroidism treatment is to take adequate dosage of Levothyroxine and maintain TSH around 3 to 4 mU/L. Then only all the symptoms like feeling of tiredness, sleepy feeling and fatigue will go away. Multivitamin has really no role there. So please ensure that her TSH is maintained as mentioned above. Secondly if you are considering having a baby, then TSH needs to be consistently maintained < 2.5 mU/L even to get conception and all through the gestation period.
I do not understand why are you so much bent on multivitamins, those do not play any great role in reducing tiredness. That symptom is actually due to uncontrolled hypothyroidism. However, you may give her Capsule WELWOMAN daily one. I hope you understand what I have said in this reply. Because I think I have already written a similar answer but you are again repeating the question. Thanks.
