Nvm M12 Tablet is prescribed under the treatment plan of diseases like Arthritis, Convulsions, High cholesterol and severe pain or muscle tightness. It is also recommended in the case of acute illness, vitamin B3 deficiency, low hemoglobin, or weight loss.

My vitamin B12 is 212 and the lower limit is 211 for normal range. Also 25-OH VITAMIN D (TOTAL) is 5.99 ng/ml which is deficient. I am 27 year old male, 2 years before at same time many problems started like burning at anal and anal fissure), tiredness in body and stiffness in upper back, slight pain in lower back. After that I started feeling some pain while bending body. Sensations in legs hands and at face and tiredness increased.in last 1 year my concentrating power working efficiency decreased, I do desk job no physical work yet I feel low after office timings of 7 hours my muscles feels weak. Anal fissure problem cured still I do feel burning at exit point of stool sometimes like once in 15 days. 1 month before I was having pain in lower part of leg while walking now taking nvm12 and maxgalin er 75 now I can walk but if run little bit my legs get tired so quickly I have to rest I do feels tingling and burring sensation in legs alot. If I drink alcohol any day next day morning digestion problem happens I have to go 2-3 times to washroom in morning. Mri of lower spine says loss of lordosis and l3l4l5 lower end plates concavity. Help me please.

White or yellowish discharge after/ during urine may be due to infection or semen incontinence. Consult a urologist to check for urinary tract infections. You may consult a psychiatrist and sexual counselor in case there is no urinary infection and the problem of white discharge persists.
