Hi, Very rare to get HIV like this. But pl. Consider risk of other STDs like Syphilis, Hep B, Herpes. Pl. Test for HBsAg, VDRL. Take Hep B Vaccines.

My age is 18. My doubt is that my testicle have no lump when I touch it but one testicle is little bigger than other and when I touch in upper part of testis there is a veins that I feel but this have more veins than other. When I touch I feel more nerves and massesor veins in upper part of testicle. But I have no pain in my testicle. Is it normal or not?

Left testes is usualy bigger than right. You are suffering with varicocele. Please check semen analysis. Donot wear tight underwear and pents.
