Hi, Very rare to get HIV like this. But pl. Consider risk of other STDs like Syphilis, Hep B, Herpes. Pl. Test for HBsAg, VDRL. Take Hep B Vaccines.

My doubt is that my testicle have no lump when I touch it but one testicle is little bigger than other and when I touch in upper part of testis there is a veins that I feel but this have more veins than other. Left testes is usualy bigger than right. You are suffering with varicocele. Please check semen analysis. Donot wear tight underwear and pents.
