5. Take bland diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables, Fruits 6.Stop smoking and consumption of alcohol, Tobacco, 7.Avoid stress, anxiety, physical and mental exertion
8..Do Yoga, Meditation, and deep breathing exercise
9. Monitor your Bp regularly and consult Physician for treatment
