Don' t use any drops, it will cause mucosal damage if used repeatedly. If child is taking breast feeds at night, his nose is not blocked.

Ensure child breaths per nose only, may put local nasal drops with decongestants given by mouth for short period.

My kid is 11 months by mistake I use otrivin nasal spray adults instead of pediatrics is there any problem.

Nope no major side effect though it may cause mild nasal irritation as nasal decongestant excessive sneezing or burning sensation sometimes....

Sir, my baby is 4 years old. She has breathing problem we consult the pediatric. The doctor said nose polyps are starting stage don't worry continue the nasal spray 2 months slowly cure. Any food diet for nasal polyps?
