Hi sir, please I am a male 16 year old teenager, I get dandruff even after washing my hair properly, it comes back in a day again, I tried applying aloe vera on my hair, still it didn't work, I use patanjali kesh kanti shampoo, and another thing is, I started getting premature grey hair, like 5 of the hair, how do I get rid of this sir, I am really worried, I tried all possible things, I apply hair oil, like the pure coconut oil, navratna and sometimes dabur oil, having hopes that it will not come back again, but it even makes it worse, please help me sir, thank you.

Do you have hair fall problem as well. Wash your hair every alternate dayyou can mix arnica q and jaborandi q in the ratio of 5: 3. Apply on scalp with the help of cotton. Wash hair next day. Do it twice a week. Do warm coconut oil massage. You can consult me for a detailed consultation.

Madam don't use any shampoos use rita and shikakai. Take chyavanprash morning and evening sapthamrutha loha tabs2 morning and evening with milk daily apply bhringamalaka thailam every day. Pranayama and meditation will definitely help you.
