Information about Prolyte Orange Powder

Prolyte Orange powder contains Sodium, Potassium, Chloride, Citrate, and Dextrose for physiological replenishment of fluid and electrolyte loss caused by diarrhea or excessive sweating due to heat or exercise.
Prolyte Orange powder can also be used for dehydration caused by excessive body fluid loss due to trauma, burns, and polyuria.

Prolyte Orange powder is use to restores body fluids & electrolytes, lost due to chronic salt-losing conditions (diarrhea or vomiting), prevention of muscle cramps during routine hemodialysis, replacement of fluid and electrolytes.
Prolyte Orange powder is used to prevent or to treat low blood levels of potassium (hypokalemia).

Directions for use:
1. Dissolve the contents of the packet in the amount of drinking water indicated on the packet.
2. If drinking water is not available, or if you are not sure the water is drinkable, boil the water for at least 10 minutes and then let cool.
3. Stir well, and give to the child to drink in a cup or spoon feed.

Use under medical supervision.

There is no clear proof that excessive eating of papaya change the colour of stool like orange. There are some other fruits like berries which might change stool colour If you consume excess beta-carotene from supplements or produce, such as carrots, sweet potato, squash, some leafy greens, and some herbs, then your stool can appear orange. Yellow/Pale Brown/Grey: Bright yellow diarrhea can signify a condition known as Giardiasis.

You should not drink milk and orange juice simultaneously kindly keep gap of at least 2-3 hour in between.

It must be the colouring agent from the condom. It is advisable not to use the same in future. I guess nothing will happen and later after few washes you should be fine. All the best.
