It is used to treat diabetic neuropathy and peripheral neuropathy. It is an essential nutrient that helps the body to make healthy red blood cells and

Methylcobalamin normalizes protein transport in nerve cells in people with diabetes. It exhibits inhibitory effects on nerve degeneration in neuropathies induced by drugs. Methylcobalamin accelerates the metabolic pathways of nucleic acids, proteins and lipids through its involvement in the transmethylation reaction; thus, it exerts a repairing effect on injured nerve tissues. Clinically, Methylcobalamin is effective and useful for the treatment of numbness, pain and paralysis due to peripheral neuropathies.

Healing depends on the depth of the wound and granulation tissue. Ideally if you have not responded to antibiotics, then it might be deep. Please check with a surgeon or a dermatologist. Regen d 150 gel is very good to improve wound healing but is expensive.
