Hi lybrate-user. Green coffee is a new fad for weight loss. But it's not the answer for weight loss. Most important is customized diet and aerobic exercise.

Plz recommend diet for building muscle and is endura mass good for muscle gaining n please its side effect.

1.Protein is the key for the muscle building. Without adequate protein, muscle gain and growth is not possible because weight training demands for amino acids (which comes from protein). You should daily eat about 2.2g of protein per kilogram of your weight. For example, if you are 70 kg , then you should eat 70x2.2=154.40 g of protein spread over 5-6 meals in the day. Include high protein foods in your diet. Your protein intake should be from foods rather than from supplements. Good protein foods: beans,soybeans, whey, fish, dairy products (low fat variety), meats, nuts and seeds (almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds), peanut butter. Many of these are easy digestible foods. Milk is one of the best muscle foods. The milk contains two high quality proteins, about 80 percent whey and 20 percent casein. Whey is quickly broken down into amino acids and absorbed into the bloodstream. Whey is very good to consume after workout. Casein is digested more slowly and provides the body with a steady supply of protein for a longer period of time. Cheese is concentrated milk, so it is high in protein and calcium, fat and cholesterol. Include healthy skim yogurt in your diet, which can give you as much as 120 calorie. 2. Eat custard apple (Saripa, Sitaphal) . This fruit is high in calorie. 3. Healthy fats: Avoid fatty foods. It is full of sugar and added nutrients so it is healthy and nutritious . 5. Eat bananas. These are rich in carbs and nutritious, one banana contains approximately 100 calories. 7. Some people think that drinking beer helps, but it is not true, it accumulates in your abdomen, making it fatty. Don't take protein supplements.

It is better to go for natural diet instead of artificial medicines/supplements. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food + daily exercise..>> Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice..>> Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc..>> If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc..>> Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily. Feel confident about yourself. All the best!

Hi lybrate-user, When we do exercise we burn calories or stored fat and rupture our muscles and after the session when we take some good protein supplements our ruptured muscles heals and get multiply. So, if you want to improve your built ,increase intake of food throughout the day (either increase frequency or amount in every meal. Along that, take protein source in 3 meals of the day (early morning, during day time and after 30 minutes of gym). You can take natural protein sources or Supplements. If you are taking via supplement take care of the quantity. While exercising our body requires 1.5gm protein /kg body weight. In your case, you require 78 gm protein /day. So take care you consume 78 gm protein in whole day. Don't exceed it or it will strain your vital organs.
