The homeopathic remedy Spongia is prepared by first roasting and then grinding the ocean animal Sponge. It is well known for the following conditions.

Used in a dry cough- It is suited for a persistent cough that sounds like a dog s bark. A sore throat with dryness in the wind pipe. It helps you get rid of a cough that doesn t let you sleep at night.
Hoarse voice. A cough better by eating or drinking warm drinks and worse after midnight.
Asthmatic conditions with a severe cough.
Goitre - Cases of the swollen thyroid gland.

Male
Pain and swelling of the testis in males.
Inflammation in the male genital organs.

Dose- As prescribed by the physician. It can be taken along with allopathy medicines.

Precautions
Maintain half an hour gap between food/drink/any other medicines and homeopathic medicine.
