Information about Shy-XT Toothpaste

SHY-XT toothpaste has a rich composition of Potassium nitrate, Nano Hydroxyapatite and Fluoride. An active ingredient for depolarizing dentinal nerve fibres, the Potassium nitrate averts the pain caused due to sensitivity. Nano Hydroxyapatite works deeply to cork sensitivity by sealing the open dentinal tubules and forming a layer over dentin surface. Fluoride strengthens tooth enamel. The SHY-XT toothpaste helps relieving pain caused due to sensitivity and repairs damaged tooth enamel. For strong and healthy gums, a person must brush teeth twice daily.

Steps for using SHY-XT toothpaste:

1. Clean a soft bristle toothbrush under running water
2. Apply generous amount of sensitivity toothpaste on the toothbrush
3. Brush teeth for at least 2 minutes
4. Gently brush over the sensitive areas

Both are ayurvedic. It may be good for gums but not for teeth. It may not prevent cavities. Better switch to any other normal paste like colgate.

Get scaling done n brush your teeth twice a day n use dental floss n mouthwash n do warmsaline rinces 3-4 times a day n scrap your tongue twice day n tel me d status after 5 days.

At present I am using hydent-k toothpaste with doctor consultation since last more than 1 month. I feel my teeth have become sensitive due to this taste. Is it so please guide me and refer me right toothpaste.

You can use shy nm tooth paste for sensitivity. First apply on the teeth and leave it for 2 min then brush.

Sensitivity of the teeth can occur due to various reasons. Using desensitising paste on a regular basis can't always solve this problem. Use desensitising paste twice daily with your finger and leave it for 10 mints and wash it off. U may need some oral prophylaxis. Visit your dentist for further clinical evaluation. Hi, you can use any fluoridated toothpaste from any company, try and use one with soft bristles. It is not really the brush / paste that decides the cleaning efficiency, but the technique of brushing which ensures clean teeth and healthy gums.
