Sinomet S contains saline also known as sodium chloride. If only ch sinusitis with polyp, then budamate inhalation is not indicated, as it is for asthma. Take ennhale nasal spray 1 spray each nostril/day with glemont fx 1 tab with breakfast for 2 month. For polyp consult ent for need of operation.
