What kind of food or vegetables we should eat to get vitamin D, E and B? Apart from medicine.
Milk is fortified with vitamin D, as are many ready-to-eat cereals and some brands of yogurt and orange juice. Cheese naturally contains small amounts of vitamin D. Fatty fish such as salmon, tuna, and mackerel are very good sources of vitamin D. Small amounts of vitamin D are also found in beef liver and egg yolks. Most plant seed oils are very good sources for Vitamin E as well. The best oil with vitamin E is Wheat germ oil. In fact, one tablespoon of this oil holds 100% of your daily Vitamin E requirements. Sunflower oil is another excellent option, as it provides over 5 mg of the vitamin, and can easily be be used for cooking. Thiamin is also known as vitamin B1. If I do go for clinics they are trying to sell a spectacle rather than suggesting a tab and I am not willing to wear specs. Thanks in advance Regards,

I would like to have a better health supplements for my eye as I do observe some power loss while working 24/7 at Lap...
Working on laptops will not change your eye power. It is true that it leads to dryness of the eyes which can result in redness, burning, watering and sometimes blurring of vision which can cause eye pain or headache. For dryness (also known as computer vision syndrom) you have to blink frequently and to relax every 20 minutes looking at 20 feet distance for 20 secs (20-20-20 rule. And lubricant eye drops. For eye power you have to glasses or contact lenses if you want to avoid glasses. But no tablet can improve eyesight.

Hi, I am 28 years old male, recently I came across one article that fenugreek (methi) seeds are good for hair growth....
Fenugreek are rich in vitamins such as thiamin, folic acid, riboflavin, niacin, vitamins A, B6, and C, and are a rich storehouse of many minerals such as copper, potassium, calcium, iron, selenium, zinc, manganese, and magnesium. Fenugreek leaves are a rich source of vitamin K as well. Drinking soaked methi seeds (1 tsf) water in the early morning with empty stomach makes the hair thicker, stronger and brighter. It also aids in the weight loss, removing pimples, relief from lip cracks and etc. Though large doses should always be avoided.
