Proteins are one of the four different types of macromolecules, in addition to carbohydrates, lipids, or fats, and nucleic acids, such as DNA and RNA. Macromolecules are large molecules that perform specialized functions inside living organisms. The structural arrangement of a protein molecule will differ in accordance with its function. Meats, cheeses, and nuts tend to have a higher protein content than many plant-based sources. A vitamin is an organic compound and a vital nutrient that an organism requires in limited amounts. An organic chemical compound is called a vitamin when the organism cannot synthesize the compound in .The water soluble vitamins: Vitamin B1 or Thiamin - come from whole grains, enriched grains; liver; nuts, and seeds. Vitamin B2 or Riboflavin - comes from whole grains, enriched grains, and dairy products. Vitamin B3 or Niacin - comes from meat, fish, poultry, and whole grains. Carbohydrates are the sugars, starches and fibers found in fruits, grains, vegetables and milk products. What kind of food or vegetables we should eat to get vitamin D, E and B? Apart from medicine.
Milk is fortified with vitamin D, as are many ready-to-eat cereals and some brands of yogurt and orange juice. Cheese naturally contains small amounts of vitamin D. Fatty fish such as salmon, tuna, and mackerel are very good sources of vitamin D. Small amounts of vitamin D are also found in beef liver and egg yolks. Most plant seed oils are very good sources for Vitamin E as well. The best oil with vitamin E is Wheat germ oil. In fact, one tablespoon of this oil holds 100% of your daily Vitamin E requirements. Sunflower oil is another excellent option, as it provides over 5 mg of the vitamin, and can easily be be used for cooking. Thiamin is also known as vitamin B1. It has several important functions, including: Working with other B-group vitamins to help break down and release energy from food Keeping the nervous system healthy Good sources of thiamin Thiamin is found in most types of food.
