Information about Uristix Reagent Strip

Uristrix Kit contains microalbumin test strips to detect and measure the amount of albumin in the urine.

Role of key ingredients:
A urine microalbumin test is a test to detect very small levels of a blood protein (albumin) in your urine. A microalbumin test is used to detect early signs of kidney damage in people who are at risk of developing kidney disease. Healthy kidneys filter waste from your blood and hang on to the healthy components, including proteins such as albumin. Kidney damage can cause proteins to leak through your kidneys and exit your body in your urine. Albumin is one of the first proteins to leak when kidneys become damaged.
Uristrix Kit is used for diagnosis of early sign of kidney damage.

Directions of use:
Collect the urine sample and place the sample in the Uristrix Kit.

Use under medical supervision.

Some pregnancy tests may clarify your doubts. Pregnancy tests are accurate when they?re used correctly. It's possible to have a false negative, which happens when you?re pregnant but the test says you aren't. There are various methods to check whether you are pregnant or not. It may includes home pregnancy test, clinical urine test, blood test. One can go for a pregnancy test if symptoms like sensitivity increment, swollen breasts, nausea, vomiting are noticed. Rubella serology should be requested if during pregnancy the pregnant woman has contact with an infected person or develops typical symptoms of rubella, such as fever, enlarged lymph nodes and spots on the body. The diagnosis of rubella is made if the serology detects the presence of igm reagent. Another way to make the diagnosis is by comparing igg values ??at the time of symptoms and after 3 weeks. Even if igm remains negative, if igg values ??rise more than 4 times in this interval, this indicates that the symptoms were even caused by rubella.

The presence of IgG antibody against rubella is a sign that the patient has had the disease at some point in life and now is immunized. The presence of IgG antibodies is often called a serological scar, or a mark that the patient was infected in the past. The existence in the blood of large amounts of IgM antibodies against rubella, for example, is an indication that infection has recently been acquired. So a serology IgM positive result for rubella indicates ongoing infection. When the patient makes a serology rubella, there are basically three possible outcomes: 1. IgM and IgG non-reactive. 2. IgM reactive and IgG non-reactive. 3. IgM non-reactive and IgG reactive. 1. What does the result: IgM and IgG non-reactive? If in your serology rubella both IgM and the IgG come as no reagents, it means you do not have antibodies against rubella, or has never been exposed (a) to this virus and is susceptible to an infection. If you have been vaccinated (a), but its IgG is non-reactive, it means that vaccination was not effective, which is an indication to repeat the vaccine. A pregnant woman who has negative serology for rubella need to be very careful not to come into contact with anyone infected, because, as she has no antibodies against rubella, it runs the risk of contamination during pregnancy. Therefore, a pregnant with positive serology for IgM means she probably infected with the rubella virus in the last 2-6 weeks, being at risk of having a fetus with malformations, especially if the pregnancy is in the first quarter. In your case it is clear that IgM is increasing initially meaning a recent infection and hence affecting the fetus Reference values for rubella IgM: No reactive: less than 0.6 IU / mL Undetermined: 0.6 to 0.79 IU / mL Reactive: greater than 0.79 IU / mL If yu need to discuss personally, you are welcome to ask personal chat.

LIPID TEST BY thyrocare
electrolytes/ chloride
RESULT: 107.87
RANGE: 96-106 what is this and any suggestion from you ...
I would suggest only one thing- don't read too much into the reports! The chloride levels are very dynamic and highly unstable. They are also affected hugely by lab reagents in monitoring and as such carry no significance in our day-to-day patient evaluation. Please relax!

HIV 1+O/2 Antibodies & HIV 1 p24 Antigen PARAMETER RESULTS METHOD HIV 1+O/2 Antibodies and HIV 1 p24 Antigen, Serum Nonreactive ECLIA Test specifications: 1) ECLIA: Senstivity 100%, Specificity 99.63% 2) CMIA: Analytical sensitivity of < 50 pg/mL to HIV-1 p24 Ag, Specificity >/= 99.5% Intended Use: 1) The HIV Ag/Ab (Generation IV) assay is for the simultaneous qualitative detection of HIV p24 antigen and antibodies to human immunodeficiency virus type 1 and/or type 2 (HIV-1/HIV-2) in human serum or plasma. 2) This assay is intended to be used as an aid in the diagnosis of HIV-1/HIV-2 infection and as a screening test for donated blood and plasma. 3) An HIV Ag/Ab result does not distinguish between the detection of HIV p24 antigen, HIV-1 antibody, or HIV-2 antibody. Clinical Significance: 1) Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) infection is the cause of Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) as well as symptomatic disease prior to development of AIDS. 2) HIV transmission is due to direct contact with infected body fluids; primarily blood, semen, vaginal and cervical secretions, breast milk and amniotic fluid. 3) The contact is usually mediated by sexual contact, IV drug abuse & blood exposure. 4) Antibodies against HIV are nearly always detected in AIDS patients and HIV infected asymptomatic individuals. 5) HIV 2 virus is similar to HIV 1 virus, however is less pathogenic, have longer latency period with slower progression to disease, lower viral titre and lower rates of vertical and horizontal transmission. Confirmatory Test: 1) HIV RNA PCR Limitations of the test: 1) Heterophile antibodies in human serum can react with reagent immunoglobulins, interfering with in-vitro immunoassay. 2) Patients routinely exposed to animals or animal serum products can be prone to this interference. Reference: 1) HIV (generation IV) kit pack insert 2) Wallach's Interpretation of Diagnostic Tests, 9th Edition 3) Bakerman's ABC's of Interpretive Laboratory Data Disclaimer: Pre and post counselling for HIV test will be performed by referring physician/authority whenever patient is referred. * Sample processed at SUBURBAN DIAGNOSTICS adhere CPL *** End Of Report *** what kind of test is that I am sending its not duo test I don't after 3 month 20 days. Lybrate-user, You seems some technical person as per the details you provided. You mentioned that "sample you are sending. How should I interpret the sentence. If you are patient than you should go for HIV DUO. It will give you best Test results. If you are professional and dealing with high risk patient than Go for HIV DNA PCR Qualitative after 14 days, Western Blot after 42 days and HIV DUO after 90th day.
