Information about V Two Sachet

Vtwo sachet contains L-Arginine, Safed Musli, Butea Superbam, Shilajit, and Mucuna Pruriens Granules.

Role of active ingredients:
L-arginine is used for heart and blood vessel conditions including congestive heart failure (CHF), chest pain, high blood pressure, and coronary artery disease. L-arginine is also used for recurrent pain in the legs due to blocked arteries (intermittent claudication), decreased mental capacity in the elderly (senile dementia), erectile dysfunction (ED), and male infertility.
Safed Musli is traditionally used for arthritis, cancer, diabetes, boosting vitality, improving sexual performance, and for many other uses.
Butea Superbam is used for sexual performance problems (erectile dysfunction, ED) and lack of interest in sexual activity. They also take it for diarrhea, painful or difficult urination, and fever.
Shilajit has anti-aging properties, the high energy and bio-generative properties promote cell regeneration, and proper maintenance of old cells, the regenerative properties are effective for problems like tissue degeneration, promotes metabolism of proteins and vitamins; which results in high energy release, enhances the immune system and the circulation system, strengthens the male reproductive systems, increases libido and helps avoid impotency and premature ejaculation.
Mucuna Pruriens granules used for the management of male infertility, nervous disorders, and also as an aphrodisiac.

Only painkiller without antibiotics doesn't make much sense. That might only be due to dentist not able to fix your appointment within 2 days due to heavy rush and multiple appointments taken by patients before your turn. Antibiotics along with painkillers can be prescribed due to many reasons which is justified in case of diabetes, heart diseases, moderate to severe infections, swelling etc.
