You ask her to apply ointment containing hydroquinone+ tritenion+ mobetasone. Ointment. Brand names are various like skin lite ointment. Apply 2 finger tip units twice a day. It will help in lightening the lesion. And also ask her to use sunscreen. With SPf>40. And to protect her skin from direct sunlight. I hope this is going to help in her case.
