I take green tea (2 tea spoon) early in the morning on empty stomach around 6 am. Then a cup of tea with milk and sugar after break fast around 8 am. Then in evening around 5 pm I drink black coffee (2 tea spoon. Then a cup of tea with milk and sugar after evening meal around 7 pm. Is it okay for health. Or any changes should be made. Please guide me.
