I have undergone USG and from the report I got to know an ecogenic lesion was noted in lumen of gall bladder (cholelithiasis) and also small anterior myometrial fibroid. How can I dissolve that or is ut compulsory to have surgery?

Hi for gallbladder stones ie cholelithiasis surgical removal of gall bladder is the only option available universally. There is no medical management of removal of Gall bladder stones and the stones or not like kidney stones which dissolves and can pass forward .In fact if the stones pass into the common bile duct it can lead to a lot of other problems . It it is a daycare surgery done laparoscopically and almost painless. Risks associated with slipping of gall bladder stones can lead to pancreatitis ,jaundice etc. ,jaundice
