Hi, I have diagnosed with mixed anxiety & depression. I think I am having OCD also. As one kind of thought is giving me fear/worry emotion. After 8 months of depression I am feeling extreme weakness as my leg and hand are shivering sometimes. I don't have mental strength & physical strength to fight with it. After 6 month of medication somewhat I got improved. How can I recover my physical strength lost during depression. Should I check my testosterone level to improve my physical condition?Please suggest.

Hello Lybrate user in my opinion start some physical exercise like brisk walking everyday or thrice a week. Gradually you start gaining strength you can go to gym or join yoga. I hope this helps.
