I am 43 years old lady having muscles pain back of the legs. sometimes Its starts from my thigh to ankle. Ankles are paining always. I am having lumber spondylosis. To press legs gives relief to me. Is there any deficiencies of vitamins.

You can do a vit d test and supplement yourself more if it's not normal. Thigh, ankle pain can be because of overweight or weak muscles of knee and ankle. Do regular exercise for knee stretching and strengthening exercises to get rid of pain. Wear proper foot wear check for wear and tear in your shoes. That also triggers pain. Dear madam, you may be having sciatica due to lumbar disc problem. Try to avoid bending down and lifting weights. Wear a lumbar support belt also. Lf pain persists, take MRI SCAN of lumbosacral spine and revert.
