I am 24 years old. I have a history of gastritis. I had one ot two heat boils. The skin doctor gave me zady 500 for e days along with flagyl for 5 days. The moment I put the zady I get severe heart burn and pain. I managed for 2 days. Today I ate chicken for lunch and had much tension in my stomach which is gradually reducing now. I have heart burn too. Should I take the 3rd dose of zady? Please suggest something for gastric problem.

Hi, Take cap. Acinil 1cap 3 times a day and Himcocid syrup 2tsf 3 times a day before food. Take the 3rd dose of Zady after taking food along with the above said medicines so that you complete the course of antibiotic. Avoid hot and spicy food, oil fried food, non-veg for about a week.
