Dear lybrate-user Since you have lupus nephritis your CKD is likely to progress over time. You need regular follow up with your nephrologist to monitor progression and modification of medications with time. Apart from creatinine, potassium you have to target Hb, calcium, phosphorus, uric acid, Urine protein and RBCs, and bicarbonate. Dietary precautions are also very important. I hope your concerns have been answered. Regards.
