Mr anoop frequent urination can happen either due to uncontrolled diabetes or most often urinary tract infection. Apart from these there are many other reasons also. So it would be difficult to diagnose. I suggest get a routine urine examination done like microscopy, presence of pus cell and bacteria etc. Plus if your blood sugar levels are in proper control then frequent urination is not likely.
