I press hard my penis while masturbating by something (iron rod) 4 days ago due to which my upper part of penis is paining. There is no scratch on upper part no problem in urine passing ,no bleeding but now there is no pain but still I am worry that it may be a serious problem because I feel itching on the tip of penis.
