I got HIV antibodies 1 & 2 test at 5 months from lalpath lab which came non reactive with index value 0.1 Does index value 0.1 mean something or it should be 0. And I have seen on report blood tested 20 hours after collection as time stated. Does blood is still okay for test.

Index value is the limit above 0.25 tells the test is positive, don't think like more or less ,think like cricket target score blood will be well preserved in labs, so no need to worry.

It is negative. Don't go in decimals. Tests result is not affected even if time has elapsed between collect and testing.
