I Have swelling to my left leg from last 2 years. And its not going. I have visited some of the doctors and they said if its not hurting then no problem. One year back I started getting tingling sensation for regular interval like after week or month. I visited one heart specialist and he said you have mitral valve palpitation (he used word floppy) also he said its not serious. Also I had kidney stone problem two years back but it never returned now just sometimes I get one side lower back pain on left side. And I also have many acnes/pimples on my back. And tingling sensation some times. So my question is my kidneys are fine or not or is mitral value palpitation is issue? My Dad have high blood pressure history also I have three or four lipomas on various body spots. I know this can be diagnosed in front of doctor only but just curious about the situation.

Mitral valve is one way valve between 2 left chambers of heart, there is a structural defect in that valve which causes certain symptoms like palpitation. It can be diagnosed by Echocardiography. About kidneys and stone there can be diagnosed by Ultrasound of abdomen and a blood test called KFT.
