I am 24 year old and getting married in another 10 days. I had consulted a doctor for contraceptive pills and she gave the ovulac-ld pills and gave the guidelines as in when to consume it and also asked me to follow the arrow mark on the strips without which there is no point taking the same in any order. When I reached home and opened the packet I realized that there were no arrow marks mentioned on the strips. Kindly advice how to consume the same.

ovulac-ld pills come in packet of 21 and all tablets are same. Only important points are to be started from 5 th day of period and continue for 21 days to be taken at same time of day (at bed time ). After packet gets over to wait for period and new packet to be started same way from 5 th day of period
