Health Query

Hi, I have given my blood samples on 26th day of potential exposure and the results were obtained on 29th day of exposure. The results are, 1) HIV 1&2 Antibodies and P24 combo | 0.30 (index value: <1.00 - non reactive >1.00 - reactive) | ELISA Method 2) HIV-DNA Virus - Qualitative | Not detected | Real time PCR Method Could you please advise me whether these are conclusive. Thanks.

lybrate-user, these are conclusive for the time being. As per protocol take HIV, HBsAg and VDRL tests after 90 days of exposure and that would be final if you have not taken any fresh risk within these 90 days. Please take private consult with audio video chat and then I can guide you properly. Alternatively, I ll be in Chennai on 5th July and you can have personal consultation.
