Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Sometimes with uncontrolled diabetes fungal infections of penis particularly of glans & prepuce (fore skin) are quite common and can be repitative too. Therefore, first and foremost is to achieve a strict glucose control with fasting <100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c % < 6.8. Since there's no mention of glucose and HbA1c %, there's no way to comment. Another important aspect is your morbid obesity with a BMI of 43 56 kgs/sq. Meter.
