I have been diagnosed with serosal fibroid due I need to go for a surgery. It is about 3.4 in measurement accuracy to the report please suggest.

Hi lybrate-user A serosal fibroid at 46 years does not need surgery. Was it found out by chance during a routine scan or did you have any symptoms. Im assuming it is in your uterus. Once you attain menopause, all fibroids shrink. And one this size does not need surgery.
