I am physically active person. Despite this my weight is rising continually. I do not take any supplement. I do not have a thyroid problem. Is this a problem with my metabolism? If yes the what should I do in my dietary changes?

To avoid weight gain one should take low calory, low fat, high fibre diet. For this you have to cut down on oils ghee butter nonvegetarian food sweets and sugar. Regular exercise is must.

Take small frequent meal containing lot of salad before each meal and take fruits in between meal and. Plenty of water and brisk walking daily.
