Ipill is an emergency contraceptive pill and should not be used regularly, it's regular use causes hormonal imbalance leading to menstrual irregularities, it does not have any long term effects. If you are not planning a baby at present it would be better if you use a regular contraceptive method like low dose oral contraceptive pills or condoms.
