Saturday I have done my whole body check. I have seen that my blood sugar level is fasting in 170 and after eat is 250. I am suffering the same from last 5 years. Kindly suggest the medicine and some diet plan.

Mr. lybrate-user, thanks for the query. The blood glucose levels mentioned clearly indicate that you have diabetes. It needs to be treated if no treatment has been initiated already. It is dangerous to allow glucose levels to remain high for a long time. It is not clear whether you are taking any treatment for the same as nothing is mentioned. Please come back with following details: current fasting and pp glucose levels, hba1c%, present diet pattern, extent of daily exercise, drugs being taken with dosage, bp readings, lipid profile.
