My age is 32 weight 57 kgs, hypothyroidism 100 mg eltroxin now it is in normal limit, my pelvic scan shows small multiple cysts in both ovary's, severe hair fall. Please suggest me.

Hello. It seems you are having pcos.in pcos there is increased insulin level and increased androgen level. Hair fall can be due to thyroid dysfunction and increased androgen level. Other local causes of hair fall like dandruff and localised scalp infection also needs to be ruled out. Meanwhile you need to loose weight which is the only long term solution of pcos. Do regular exercises, brisk walk for 30 minutes daily and avoid high calorie food.
