See naco art guidelines 2018, page 136 ,small prints. Yes well agreed, telura is not the 1st choice regimen for pep but its still mentioned as an alternative regimen by naco, if 1st choice is na or cannot be taken. Which may be the case in art centre about the availability of 1st choice regimen. Thanks.
