I am having hormonal imbalance and Dr. have prescribed me with 2 tabs progynova and cream. But I am confused how to take it as earlier I had taken it on 3rd day instead of 5th day of periods and on 16th day cream tab along with progynova which I have to take on 18th day now I have got 3remaining progynova tabs the pack have 28 tabs what should I do? As treatment if of 3 months and how I should take medicine now? Please some good gynaecologist tell the procedure.

Hi. You have two types of tab one is prigynova it is estrogentab other is cream tab is progestrontab you take progynova tab from day 5 of pds to day 25 i.e. This strip containing 21 tabs ok and take tab cream from day 16 to day 25 i.e. These are 10 tabs .i.e from day 16 onwarard you have to take both the tabs and after stopping both the tabs you will get pds then from day 5 you again start progynova day you get pd is day one if you have any problem can consult me on librate ok.
