I have moderate hair fall since a year. Earlier I got diagnosed with vit-d deficiency and then I corrected it in 3 months. But I lost half of my density with it. Now moderate hair fall is still there, I have very thin, rough frizzy hairs with very less volume. I have even been diagnosed with pcod 4 years back but I didn't take medicines. So I think it can be because of saha. I am taking follihair tabs from a month. Not much improvement. I have tried every home remedy possible to better my hair quality but not so effective. I am thinking for keratin treatment to get rid of my frizzes. Please help.
