M married in feb 2020 and now in 1 year I got a little angel but now we don't need any baby till 5-6 years so please tell me what is good and safe treatment for me or my wife .and I listened about coverty or nusbandi some problems may be came at the time of pregnancy as I know nearly case and what about injections are safe and for how much time they worked please tell me response as soon as possible for better and safe treatment.

1) you are saying you do not want baby till 5-6 years means permananat family planning is out of question. Must understand and accept extra risk to baby and mother both if delivery happens after 35 years of mother so may plan tto have early pregnancy or may decide against any more pregnancy. 2) there are many temporary family planning methods like oral pills, injectable hormones, intrauterine devices, condoms, diaphragms, safe period, coitus interruptus, etc. You must know about the success and failure rates of all as well as the advantages and disadvantages of all to decide which suits you the best. Maybe consult gynecologist as a couple.
