You can take it 30 minutes before your breakfast. Ideally thyroid hormone replacement is based on body weight. In some cases the requirement may be more. Between 2.5 and 4.5 roughly should be okay.

Neetaji, Thanks for the query. I have seen the query. Dosage of Levothyroxine is decided on the basis of TSH level, T4 level plus height, weight and age of the patient and gender. Usually Levothyroxine is to be taken early morning on empty stomach and then for next one nothing should be taken so that absorption is not hindered. Thanks.
