I have ovarian cyst - 37*28 and 1follicle - 11*10 on 27th sep showed in follicle study. My lmp is 11th sep 2021. Can I take hucog injection today. And can I conceive?

The follicle is small in size as per the scan When the follicle is around 20mm in size the hcg trigger needs to be taken. Has the cyst always been there in every scan? and what type of cyst- clear, bloodfilled cyst needs to be ruled out..Also have to look into your endometrial thickness to make a decision.

You don't need to take hucog injection. Mostly your follicle has spontaneously ruptured as you got your usg on 17 th day of the cycle. If you had tried in this cycle form day 12-20 then there is a chance that you can conceive normal. In a 28 days cycles, spontaneous ovulation generally occurs on day 14.
