Hi sir this is suresh from andhra pradesh, age 39, weight 57 kg, height 5.2 ,creatinine 1.4,urine test normal, water intake 1.50 lit to 2 liters per day, every day taking 1 keera, may I know is it 1.4 normal r any problem, can I use punarnava tab of himalayan brand ,please suggest.

Upper border of creatinine levels, ok but pls restrict high protein diet. Repeat creatinine after 1 month.
