I am 39 year old. I am not able to sleep till late night. I have started drinking alcohol for remedy the problem . What should I do for sound sleep?

Sleep is a normal problem but alcohol is a big problem. Choosing alcohol it is not good option. It is not permanent solution. Sleep comes automatically. It is not coming on conditional. I think you suffer day time so many things. Better to come from your day time stress situations. Before sleep read good book, bathing, walk some more time, drink hot milk, watch t v, do some computer work. Meditate some time. Relax with good music, call and discuss with friends. Relaxation talk with your family members. Better to do hard work day time. Sexual talk with your wife you will get more relief. Give high priority for permanent things. It is better to take the help of psychologist. Otherwise modify yourself. Do not take medicine and alcohol. It is always gives negetive result. Ok better to take some of steps what I suggest to you.
