I am 23y male suffering from gastritis. Doctor advised me to take sompraz -d in the morning and sucralfate syrup 3 times a day. Please tell me how much gap I should take between this tablet and the syrup.

Hello. For treatment of acidity you require not only medicines but also strict lifestyle and dietary changes. Avoid spicy oily and outside food avoid heavy meals in dinner avoid excess tea/coffee avoid alcohol/smoking sleep properly, do walk for sometime after meals rather than lying down flat. Take your meals at time. Take more of green vegetables, fruits and salad. For medications you can consult me online. Take the tab early morning empty stomach and syrup after meals. Do not eat anything for 45 min atleast after syp.
