About Fungal Culture - Corneal Scraping Test

Corneal trauma is easily the most frequent and significant risk factor for fungal keratitis. Mostly the pain is connected with probable possibilities of corneal ulcer which will be leading to secondary uveitis and mitosis. Moreover, it seems that extensive usage is steroid for a prolonged period of time may cause increased risk of corneal infection as well as increased risk of endophthalmitis. One of the typical causes of corneal infections is fungal organisms.
