About Sjogren's Antibody (SS-A)/(Anti-RO) Test

Generally long term diseases are subjected to various other disturbances over the body and Sjogren Syndrome is one such disease. Basically Sjogren Syndrome is an autoimmune disease where a person’s moisture producing glands are affected. The primary effects include dry mouth and dry eyes and these are followed by other symptoms like dry skin, vaginal dryness, chronic cough, muscle and joint pains and thyroid problems. In other words, this syndrome causes dryness both internally and externally to a person’s body. This syndrome is generally occurred in combination of genetic and environmental disparities like abnormal exposure to virus and bacteria. The later stages of the body exposure to virus and bacteria lead to connective tissue disorders and this inflammation results in an uncertain damage to glands.
