Use sunscreen before going out in sun. Apply almond oil or castor oil with aloevera at night. Use shades in sun.

Use some some sunscreen lotion before going out in sun. Keep your face clean apply moisturiser at bedtime. Stay hydrated.

Triphala should not be taken with milk. Better guidance is obtained from ayurvedic doctor reg triphala usage.
