प्रेगनेंसी के डायबिटीज क्या है?

यह केवल प्रेगनेंसी के दौरान होता है। प्रेगनेंसी के डायबिटीज होने के बावजूद एक स्वस्थ बच्चा होना संभव है। ब्लड शुगर के स्तर को प्रबंधित करने के लिए आपको अपने डॉक्टर से सहायता और दैनिक चीजों का अभ्यास करने की आवश्यकता होती है। बच्चे को डिलीवर करने के बाद आपको डायबिटीज नहीं हो सकता है। प्रेगनेंसी के डायबिटीज में टाइप 2 डायबिटीज के विकास की संभावना बढ़ जाती है, लेकिन ऐसा नहीं होना चाहिए।

कारण

प्रेगनेंसी के दौरान प्लेसेंटा, हार्मोन पैदा करता है जो रक्त में चीनी का निर्माण कर सकता है। चीनी में इस वृद्धि का मुकाबला करने के लिए पैनक्रिया आमतौर पर पर्याप्त इंसुलिन बनाता है। यदि ऐसा होने में असफल रहता है, तो ब्लड शुगर का स्तर बढ़ जाएगा, जिससे प्रेगनेंसी के डायबिटीज हो सकते हैं।

जोखिम

यहां कुछ जोखिम कारक हैं जो प्रेगनेंसी के डायबिटीज होने की संभावना को बढ़ाते हैं:

  1. यदि प्रेगनेंसी से पहले, आपका बीएमआई सामान्य से अधिक था
  2. ब्लड शुगर का स्तर ऊंचा है, लेकिन डायबिटीज होने के लिए पर्याप्त नहीं है
  3. डायबिटीज वाले अन्य परिवार के सदस्य भी हैं
  4. आपके पास पहले भी हालत थी।

उपचार

प्रेगनेंसी के डायबिटीज के इलाज के लिए, आपका डॉक्टर आपसे पूछ सकता है:

  • एक दिन में अपने ब्लड शुगर पर चार गुना या अधिक जांच करने के लिए।
  • परीक्षण करके अपने मूत्र में केटोन की जांच करने के लिए।
  • नियमित रूप से व्यायाम करने और इसे आदत में बनाने के लिए।
  • स्वस्थ खाने के लिए और आपके डॉक्टर अनुसार सुझाए गए।

वजन घटाने को ट्रैक करने के बाद इंसुलिन या किसी अन्य दवा की आवश्यकता हो सकती है तो आपका डॉक्टर आपको सबसे अच्छी सलाह दे सकता है।

लक्षण

  • थकान प्रमुख लक्षण है, लेकिन हो सकता है कि कोई लक्षण नहीं हो

I am 41 years old female. A type 1 diabetic from 14 yrs. Weak immune by birth. As a result always prone to health problems by birth. Hectic routine always lead to fever. In 2004 gave birth to a son by surgery. My ll reports were normal. But during pregnancy period constipation problem I suffered. Dat continued even after delivery n with time got worsen. In 2008 got ill due to hectic routine. Dat time physician gave very strong antibiotics causing 5 days xtremd abdomen pain. But no improvement. changed doctor. N I recovered. But I got xtreme weak. N 6 months later diagnosed wid diabetes. Symptoms of my diabetes started after I recovered from fever. Like excessive urine. Vaginal itching. excessive hunger. Excessive thirst. But as I was just 27 years old dat time so no one even guessed about any body health checkup due to lack of knowledge. As a result my diabetes gpt diagnosed in march 2009. changed mamy tablets to control diabetes but after some time every tablet failed to effect. Body got too weak in mean time. In 2010 started glaritus insulin. It also effected for some time n den failed to control my whole day sugar after brft. Came under consultation of Dr. raghubansh devgan in june 2012. He prescribed me human mixtard insulin. Since den I am taking same insulin. Dr. raghubansh died 3 years ago. N from den I am not under any diabetic doctor. At present including my diabetes suffering from many health problems. N want to consult u.
