मल्टीप्ल स्क्लेरोसिस क्या है?

मल्टीप्ल स्क्लेरोसिस एक ऐसी बीमारी है जो केंद्रीय तंत्रिका तंत्र अर्थात रीढ़ की हड्डी और मस्तिष्क को प्रभावित करती है। इसमें किसी व्यक्ति को अक्षम करने की क्षमता है। अगर किसी व्यक्ति के पास मल्टीप्ल स्क्लेरोसिस होता है, तो प्रतिरक्षा प्रणाली माइलिन के खिलाफ अपराध पर जाती है जो तंत्रिका फाइबर की रक्षा करती है। इसके परिणामस्वरूप मस्तिष्क और शेष शरीर के बीच संचार में समस्याएं होती हैं। समय के साथ, रोग तंत्रिकाओं की गिरावट का कारण बनता है। नस भी हमेशा के लिए क्षतिग्रस्त हो सकता है। मल्टीप्ल स्क्लेरोसिस के इलाज अभी भी चिकित्सा विज्ञान को बढ़ाता है। लेकिन उपचार उपलब्ध है जो हमलों से मरीजों की रिकवरी को तेज करता है, लक्षणों को प्रबंधनीय सीमाओं में रखता है और संशोधित करता है कि रोगी के जीवन में रोग कैसे प्रभाव डालता है।

मल्टीप्ल स्क्लेरोसिस के कारण

इसके इलाज की तरह, मल्टीप्ल स्क्लेरोसिस का कारण अभी तक निर्धारित नहीं किया गया है। यह एक ऑटोम्यून्यून बीमारी है जिसमें माइलिन शरीर की अपनी प्रतिरक्षा प्रणाली से खतरे में पड़ती है। माइलिन बिजली का संचालन करने वाले तारों पर इन्सुलेशन के कोट के समान है। माइलिन क्षति के कारण नर्वस क्षति और अक्षमता के लिए कमजोर होते हैं। स्क्लेरोसिस कुछ लोगों में क्यों विकसित होते हैं। जबकि अन्य लोगों को परीक्षा से बचाने का कारण अभी तक स्पष्ट नहीं हैं। वैज्ञानिकों को जीन और पर्यावरण के संयोजन को बीमारी के कारण होने का संदेह है।

मल्टीप्ल स्क्लेरोसिस के जोखिम कारक

  • आयु- हालांकि 16-60 के बीच की सभी उम्र के लोगों में मल्टीप्ल स्क्लेरोसिस पाया गया है, विशेष रूप से कमजोर लोगों में देखा गया हैं।
  • जेडंर- इस रोग में पुरुषों की तुलना में महिलाओं को दो गुना अधिक प्रभावित होने की संभावना है।
  • आनुवंशिकी- यदि आपके भाई या माता-पिता के पास मल्टीप्ल स्क्लेरोसिस होता है तो रोग विकसित करने का जोखिम अधिक होता है।
  • चिकित्सा स्थितियां- कुछ संक्रामक वायरस को मल्टीप्ल स्क्लेरोसिस के साथ संबंध मिलते हैं। टाइप 1 मधुमेह, थायरॉइड या सूजन आंत्र रोग जैसी कुछ ऑटोम्यून्यून बीमारियां बीमारी होने का खतरा बढ़ाती हैं।
  • प्रजाती- सफेद व्यक्तियों, विशेष रूप से जो उत्तरी यूरोप से निकले हैं, वे बीमारी होने का सबसे अधिक जोखिम रखते हैं। अफ्रीकी, एशियाई और मूल अमेरिकी लोगों में बीमारी विकसित करने की संभावना बहुत कम होती है।
  • जलवायु- एक समशीतोष्ण जलवायु रोग के विकास को प्रोत्साहित करता है। धूम्रपान- धूम्रपान करने वालों को कई स्क्लेरोसिस को हटाने के लिए अधिक प्रवण होते हैं।

जटिलताएं

मल्टीप्ल स्क्लेरोसिस वाले लोग निम्नलिखित जटिलताओं को विकसित करने का जोखिम रखते हैं:

  • मांसपेशियों की कठोरता या ऐंठन।
  • विशेष रूप से पैरों में पैरालिसिस।
  • आंत्र, मूत्राशय या यौन अक्षमता।
  • यह रोग चीजों को भूलने या मूड स्विंग्स जैसे मानसिक परिवर्तन भी शुरू कर सकती है।
  • मिरगी
  • डिप्रेशन

लक्षण

  • एक या दोनों लिम्फ पर कमजोरी और सुन्नता
  • देखने की क्षमता में पूर्ण या आंशिक नुकसान
  • निरंतर डबल विजन
  • पूरे शरीर पर दर्द
  • शरीर पर झूनझूनाहट
  • अस्पष्ट उच्चारण करना
  • थकान

Sir, there is no permanent cure ,but you have to control it any how which is possible by medicines otherwise your joints get destructed and you will be in trouble in future.

I am a 21 years old girl and I experience chest pain and throat pain regularly. In my cbc report my platelets are 87k which were 97k almost a week before. I have high ige levels of 1300 and high aso levels of 684. I am currently following a treatment of a doctor and my malaria, dengue test results are negative. I am seriously concerned about my health issue as why my platelets are decreasing. In my aso report it was written that my aso levels can be high because of rheumatoid arthritis. And I feel a bit pain in both of my knees often. Can I get a bit guidance of how to control the decrease in my platelets count and to control the chest pain as well? And is this chest pain throat pain anyway related to my reports of aso levels? Kindly guide me through I am very much tensed about the situation history of medical conditions: she feel chest pain commonly in the center of the chest or on left side. She has throat pain from about 2 to 3 weeks. She often feels knee pain in both knees. Previous history of current medical complaint: she has high ige levels and felt shortness of breath with high bp sometimes which comes under control by taking inderal tablet. So a Dr. said that she has asthmatic allergy and provided her with corticosteroids and naso wash. After following the treatment for 1 month she experiences throat pain. Current medication details: she is taking multivitamins including iron and a syrup to increase platelets. History of medication for the same complaint: inderal, corticosteroids etc lab tests done: aso, cp (complete blood picture), malaria, dengue, thyroid profile, vitamin d total, vitamin b12, calcium, ige, lft.

From last 2 weeks. I am facing server pain in my ankles.(with swelling) elbows and wrists and few fingers. It gets worse if pressed or moved. I have to take 1 pain killer (fenac plus) twice a day (1/2 each) to survive a day. I am not sure who is the specialist for it and I really don't have money to visit a Dr. to hear who can actually help. Please help with possible root cause and right type of specialist to go to get this cured please help as this is getting worse everyday.
