I have to improve my albumin count pleasae send me the details of food intake I am a vegetarian but I eat eggs.
Low albumin count can be due to various conditions. You need to get the condition rectified first to get albumin count in place. No foods will improve albumin count if underlying condition is not corrected.

To look young you have to aim for spiritual. Mental. And physical wellness. Easiest thing first. 1. Laugh at least 50 times a day 2. Smile 50 times. 3. Watch less news 4. Watch more comedy serials. 5.Play with kids. Diet 1. Drink more water 2. Take two lemons daily. 3. 15 almonds 4. One Banana + apple 5. Spinach 6. Tomato & pumpkin soup 7. Cheese + paneer 8. Eggs & Fish. Exercise 30 mins daily. Walk in park or Yoga. Stay Cheerful. You will always look 18.

My question is about weight gain. I have calculated my BMI and I am underweight. I have tried lot to be in normal category but my body weight is not increasing. Also I am very thin from other people. What is the reason behind it. Not taking proper food or other reasons. How to increase weight? I am planning to take proteins powders to gain weight in short time. Will it make my physique better from now? I have heard it is very beneficial in gaining weight in short time. Please tell me how to achieve a normal human being rather than being thin. Also my another question is that do I am come under malnutrition?

The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * worms in intestine * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy.

Note dont eat bananas when you are down with common cold. 2. Peanut butter -- peanut butter is a yummy spread for toast and bread. If youre trying to gain weight, feel free to go for this high-calorie and nutritious food. Apply it on your whole wheat bread for breakfast and see how your weight increases within a short period of time. Besides, you can spread a spoonful of peanut butter on fruits or vegetables like banana, apple slices, fresh berries, wheat germ or applesauce. Alternatively, a peanut butter sandwich is also a good choice. If you have any medical disease that needs to be treated. Find a great personal trainer and yoga instructor to keep you consistent.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.
